The first online meeting of the project team was held on October 14, 2020 on the Microsoft Teams platform. School Director Tamara Plastić, Croatian language teacher Josipa Martinić, practical teacher Siniša Cezar Martinić, Emil Trutanić , Introduction to Cypriot Modeling and Karmela Šegvić, external associate, held a full day meeting with the project partners from Germany (DNV), Spain (CTM), Greece (NTUA and IED).

The meeting focused on future coordination and project’s goal achievements , starting with the creating of a curriculum in order to educate as many women in the stone industry as possible, creating a handbook for promoting gender equality, OER platform for learning and development including lectures, conferences, webinars, etc.

One of the main goals of the project is to create equal opportunities for women and men in the sector of stone, based on the concepts of equality.  The participants have reached a conclusion that it is necessary to create a policy for equal opportunities for women and men at the European level, equal entrepreneurial culture, strengthening of the labor market and raising awareness of situations of social vulnerability of women.
